Where do you deliver?
We cover Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Cayce, West Columbia, Forest Acres, Blythewood, Chapin, and out toward the Northeast. Just past the line? Ask — we can usually make it work.
How far in advance should I book?
A week ahead is plenty; two or more is smart during the spring and summer rush. Need them sooner? Call and we'll do our best.
What if I need them longer than four weeks?
Every extra week bills at the same per-week rate as the rest of your rental — no second delivery, since we're not making two trips. Just choose a later pickup date when you book. Past six weeks or so, give us a call to sort the logistics.
Are the crates clean?
Always. Every crate is cleaned between rentals. If one shows up looking off, tell us right away and we'll swap it the same day.
Do I need to clean the crates before pickup?
Just empty them — cleaning's on us. If a crate comes back needing real scrubbing (a busted bottle of olive oil, say), it's $10 per crate for the extra work.
Can I add more crates mid-rental?
Sure. A stack of 12 crates is $50 to deliver plus $30 per stack for each week left on your rental — the pricing section has the full table. Call or text and we'll bring them over.
What happens if a crate gets damaged or lost?
Lost or damaged crates are $30 each; a lost dolly is $75. Normal wear and tear is expected and on us.
How does pickup work?
On your pickup day, leave the stacked crates and dolly somewhere we can reach — curb, porch, garage. You don't need to be home; we'll text when we're on the way.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery. Rescheduling's easy — just give us a heads-up.
